Role Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for acquiring clients for digital services such as website development, SEO, and social media marketing. This is a commission-based role with a base salary of 15,000 KSH, applicable only if at least one deal is closed monthly. The role offers high earning potential for candidates who can close multiple deals.
Commission Structure

Website/Software Development: 10% per client

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 6% per client

Social Media Marketing & Management: 2% per client
Example:
Close a 150,000 KSH deal = 15,000 KSH commission + 15,000 KSH salary = 30,000 KSH payout
Close 5 such clients = up to 93,000 KSH monthly income
Note: No client = No payout (salary or commission)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be self-driven and performance-oriented.
- Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or digital services preferred (not mandatory).
- Must own a smartphone/laptop with internet access.
- Open to candidates based in Kenya (or with access to Kenyan businesses).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients looking to grow their business digitally.
- Pitch services like:
- Website & Software Development
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- SEO & Online Advertising
- Newspaper Ads
- Build and manage client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services sold.
