This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Development professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and communicating effectively with potential customers. The position involves analyzing market trends to uncover growth opportunities and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
Minimum 2 years of total knowledge and experience with IT Service Sales (Target chaser)
2 years Expertise in selling IT services - Web/Mobile application development, Digital Marketing Services
Should be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) skills and natural leadership skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach, to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
Sales: Effectively present and pitch our digital marketing, web development, app development and SEO services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits they can gain from working with us.
Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed and compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure win-win outcomes for both the client and Shashi Sales & Marketing.
Closing Deals: Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Active involvement in project scoping, SLA compliance & timely invoice collection
Handle company promotions & social media communications, PR & Press relationship
Travel, attend networking events & client meetings.
