We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in digital sales, SaaS, IT services, and B2B lead generation. This role demands strong communication skills, international market exposure, and the ability to drive revenue through effective outreach and client engagement strategies.
Strong command of cold calling, cold emailing, and digital lead generation tools.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to international time zones.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand global client needs.
Have your own laptop.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate quality B2B leads.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and nurturing to closing deals.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions for SaaS and digital IT products/services.
Maintain and update CRM tools with sales activities, pipeline, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion from digital campaigns.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with global decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with accountability.
